Double click the placemarker icon to view the (cylindrical or spherical) panorama image.

Mouse wheel, mouse drag, arrow keys, or the preview pane and on screen controls to change panorama view.

This is a fully functional Google Earth session in a browser plugin, and is bandwidth, memory, and graphics intensive.
